• Any content obtained from the Services.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless iFlex Financial Technology Limited, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Services' features, services, or content other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services.

We reserve the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of businesses or individuals that are trademark owners of or have common law rights in those usernames.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any updates.

If we make material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the changes take effect, during which time you may terminate your account and stop using the Services.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, England. We encourage users to attempt to resolve disputes amicably through our customer support channels before pursuing formal legal action.

For any dispute with us, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute with us informally. If a dispute is not resolved within 60 days after submission, you or we may bring a formal proceeding.
